What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made products and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Twinkly home products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal household use.
